This has been one of the most leisurely weekends I have had in a while. The arrival of the holiday season just has me feeling slower. Does this happen to anyone else? Not a lazy slow, just a contented feeling of letting myself un-shoulder the burden of busy-ness and take my time, unapologetically. I love it.
I have been doing some blog work, design work, and just general house work and I've been relying more and more on good music to keep me company. Which I am very thankful for. I used to be such a music buff! Things have been so busy I feel like I haven't been listening to anything but the radio for the past few months. I'm happy that I am rediscovering my old favorites (and a few new radio faves, as it goes).
These are some of the songs that I have found myself replaying time and time again. Yeah, I know some of them are a bit older but ya know, once I find something I like, I tend to stick with it ;)

Demons and ANYTHING by Imagine Dragons / Bastille have been my #1 favorite{s} at the moment! I'm actually burning a CD that is compiled of 99% of their songs! Haha it's awesome - they're awesome :)
