Guest Post: Season of Waiting

Do you ever feel like you’re just waiting? You know, waiting to see where God will take you next, waiting to find the one you will marry, or waiting for the day to end so you can go home.

Do you feel stuck in the waiting? As women it’s so easy to feel stuck in the season that we are in. Cause let’s be honest we all want to know what’s planned next, this is where we find comfort because we know what’s ahead so we are confident that it will all work out. When we don’t know the plan that is when we begin to doubt ourselves and we lose faith in his plans for our lives. We lose trust in the plans that he has so carefully set out for us.

When we begin to doubt this is when we should take our doubts and give them to God in prayer. Because sisters, his faithfulness is unfailing, it never changes, he is always right there when we need him even when were in a time of “waiting”.

Rest in the Truth that Psalm 26:2-3 provides. Let it resonate on your heart as you are waiting, and remember that he always meets us right where we are no matter what season.
